What was once a donated linen and cotton tank top, I transformed into this peplum sleeve shoulder shrug. It is a perfect arm covering for a flowy dress or jeans and a tank top. Gray blue with white and baby blue stripes. There is an ink stain on the back of one sleeve that I could not remove, please see photos. One size fits all.
